Job Responsibility
- Execution of following processes: Risk management, Serial inspections, Process conformity assurance, Product conformity assurance, Change management, Non-conformity management, CIP
- Plans and moderates risk assessment analyses /FMEA/ for manufacturing processes Coordinates and monitors effective implementation of assigned measures
- Internal communication with all company departments including MD HQ and other MD plants, external communication, if required
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits of systems and processes
- Application of quality, environmental and safety standards to meet the requirements of the Integrated Management System
Qualification and skills
- University degree in relevant field
- Good knowledge of and experience with quality management methods and cause-effect analysis, e.g. FMEA, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5 Why?, Lean, etc.
- Previous experience in quality planning/management or equivalent - minimum 3 years
- Knowledge and experience with problem solving techniques
- Fluent English – both written and spoken
- Fluency in German is an advantage
- Very good coordination and communication skills
- Very good computer skills /MS Office, SAP/
