• Exciting Projects – Take part in high-impact projects, directly supporting the Finance Division. Work on the design and development of solutions for bank strategy, financial performance & profitability, macroeconomic trends, competitive benchmarking etc. Your work will contribute to smarter decision-making and deeper insights across the bank.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Financial Controller, you will:

• Ensure financial consultancy: represent controlling mindset and support management in sustainable economic acting.
• Prepare and maintain a variety of interesting reports and analysis for overall company performance, impact, profitability reports and activities.
• Challenge assumptions and demonstrate sharp thinking to ensure data quality.
• Provide financial insight of underlying revenue drivers: analyze business processes, identify and recommend areas of improvements to operational management.
• Take ownership of month-end closing, keeping data accurate and on track.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: work closely with business and different teams to deliver financial consultancy and establish consistent collaboration.
• Build and maintain financial plans: draw up Business Plans within the finance team, in coordination with all divisions in DSK Bank and its subsidiaries.

What You Bring

• Experience in financial insights and transparency, aiming to enhance reporting, profitability, forecasting and budgeting
• Proficiency in Excel and English (both written and oral).
• A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another related field.
• Solid analytical skills and structured thinking.
• Challenger mindset and drive for improvements.
• Adaptive to fast-paced changes.
• Proactivity, curiosity, flexibility, open minded
• Excellent communication skills – comfortable working with both business and broad network of professionals.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the areas of Controlling, Auditing, Accounting, Banking or another relevant field.
• Understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Passion for deep-diving and detailed analysis.
• Interest in PowerBI and/or SQL.
