We are looking for an Expert / Senior Expert in the Business Development and Methodology Department, Cash Management Directorate
If you want to:
- participate in large-scale projects and find flexible solutions for corporate clients,
- take part in the development of transactional banking and
- be part of a team that connects market trends, client needs and business goals of the organization
What will be your role?
- analyze current business processes and propose improvements;
- participate in projects aiming to improve efficiency and standardize workflows;
- automate corporate non-lending processes, including processes related to the implementation of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) measures and regulations;
- develop methodology and maintain internal rules and procedures, related to non-lending products and services for corporate clients and the related processes;
Requirements:
- University degree in economics, finance, business administration or other related fields;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Very good computer literacy;
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a banking or financial institution;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in English;
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework in banking, customer identification and anti-money laundering prevention will be considered as an advantage.
