Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Expert fluent in both Italian and English to join our team supporting Spotify users. You'll play a pivotal role in providing top-tier customer service and ensuring a seamless user experience for our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others, solving problems, and enhancing the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving user inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist Spotify users with account issues, including login difficulties, subscription queries, and payment processing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues effectively to provide fast and accurate solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments for problem resolution and service enhancement.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and service quality.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both Italian and English (verbal and written communication skills required).
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical support environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
