On their behalf, we are currently looking for talented and motivated Customer Experiеnce Specialists who would like to join their new project and support the customers of a well-renowned UK telecommunications services provider.
Responsibilities:
- Providing daily contact with end users of products and services;
- Providing feedback to end users after request or after processing a specific case;
- Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations;
- Operating with specialized software to provide queries and support for work systems.
Requirements:
- Good level of English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Positive and responsive approach to communication;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions;
- Excellent computer literacy – MS Office;
- Excellent skills to prioritize and manage time;
- Ability to work in a team;
- High level of self-discipline, confidentiality, and precision.
- Previous experience in communication and customer service will be considered an advantage.
