Our partner is a UK-based company and a recognized innovator in the insurance industry, committed to revolutionizing how insurance solutions are delivered and experienced. They are currently expanding their R&D team in Bulgaria and are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join their growing team.

What you’ll do:
- Establish and promote best practices for automation QA processes and strategies.
- Ensure high coverage for automation tests, focusing on regression and integration testing.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to identify test requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Continuously improve and optimize automation testing processes.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation best practices.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation test frameworks.
- Strong knowledge and experience with automation testing tools and frameworks like Playwright and/or Cypress.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
- Solid understanding of the (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- 4+ years of experience in automation testing.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing.
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge in Java and/or Python will be a plus.
- Additional learning and development budget.
