Your Responsibilities:
- You will develop and implement sustainable procurement strategies to strengthen our company’s competitiveness in the long term.
- You will analyze global sourcing markets and relevant trends to identify and develop new supply sources.
- You will conduct national and international negotiations, conclude framework agreements, and establish strategic partnerships with suppliers.
- Ensuring quality and production standards in collaboration with internal departments is a key part of your role.
- Through benchmarking, you will identify cost reduction opportunities and implement innovative procurement concepts.
- You will develop risk reduction measures and ensure the stability of our supply chains.
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in procurement are desirable, ideally in a strategic purchasing role.
- You possess excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness, analytical thinking, and strategic planning competence.
- You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Your very good written and spoken English skills enable you to perform confidently in an international environment.
