Our client is a global leader in data and analytics, delivering innovative solutions that help organizations make smarter decisions, manage risk, and drive growth. On their behalf, we are looking for an Analyst Consultant to join their team in Sofia.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret dashboard insights and represent results in client meetings, addressing business and technical questions in real time or following up with clear answers and solutions when deeper investigation is needed;
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, infrastructure, product, and consulting teams) to ensure aligned and efficient delivery;
• Be a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams by translating ambiguous or high-level requirements into scoped tasks suitable for delivery;
• Analyze business performance using Tableau dashboards and translate findings into clear insights;
• Engage early in the lifecycle of initiatives to define scope, involve the right technical experts, and embed the team from the outset;
• Oversee strategic data plans across multiple clients or domains;
• Identify and shape work opportunities by spotting gaps, inefficiencies, and aligning them with the team's capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or similar);
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or data-driven roles with client or stakeholder exposure;
• Fluent English;
• Experience developing data engineering solutions in AWS environments.;
• Proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions) and SQL, with working knowledge of Python (or similar) for data analysis;
• Experience with ETL processes, data migration, and data modeling concepts;
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and represent insights in client-facing settings.
