As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Process Excellence Specialist to support the improvement and optimization of our core business processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing how work is done, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and working closely with teams to implement meaningful improvements. You will play a key role in helping us build a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes are efficient, well-structured, and scalable in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will support initiatives focused on improving, simplifying, and standardizing business processes;
  • You will analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, delays, and improvement opportunities;
  • You will use data (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools) to support analysis and recommendations;
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand processes and propose enhancements;
  • You will participate in workshops and working sessions to help define and refine solutions;
  • You will assist in documenting processes and maintaining clear and standardized procedures (SOPs, process maps);
  • You will support the implementation of process improvements and follow up on progress;
  • You will help track performance through KPIs and contribute to continuous monitoring of results.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field;
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in operations, finance, shared services, or process improvement roles;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical, business-oriented solutions;
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders;
  • Experience working with data (Excel required; Power BI or similar tools are a plus);
  • Basic understanding of process improvement concepts (e.g., Lean, Continuous Improvement);
  • Familiarity with process documentation or mapping tools (e.g., BPMN) is an advantage;
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop;

  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
