As part of this growth, we are looking for a Senior Process Excellence Expert with strong analytical and technical capabilities, a passion for automation, and the ability to drive data‑driven transformation across our core business processes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑growing, international environment and wants to make a real impact by combining process improvement expertise with hands‑on technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will drive transformation across finance and operations with a strong focus on automation and efficiency gains;
• You will design and implement scalable solutions leveraging SAP (ECC) and Microsoft Power Platform tools;
• You will take full ownership of improvement initiatives - from identifying opportunities to delivering and embedding solutions;
• You will analyze operational data and use insightс to uncover performance gaps and improvement areas;
• You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to redesign and optimize end‑to‑end processes;
• You will lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact;
• You will support system changes, including UAT coordination and implementation activities;
• You will contribute to process standardization and harmonization across teams and entities;
• You will strengthen controls by introducing automation, tracking mechanisms, and KPI frameworks;
• You will translate business needs and insights into practical, technology‑driven solutions;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in Process Excellence / Transformation in a hands‑on, cross‑functional environment;
• Strong technical skillset, including:
• Automation (Power Automate, Power Apps, Python or similar)
• Data analytics (Power BI, SQL, data modelling)
• Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) is a strong advantage
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end transformation initiatives;
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred);
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a data‑driven approach;
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change without formal authority;
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma (certification is a plus);
• Experience in system integration, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives;
