Responsibilities:
- Create everything from logos and branding materials to ads, web assets, and social media visuals that make an impact
- Manage and grow our social media presence with eye-catching content that engages and excites
- Plan and schedule posts to keep our digital presence fresh and relevant
- Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life through stunning visuals
- Ensure a cohesive look and feel across all materials and platforms
- Stay ahead of industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging design techniques
- Track performance, analyze engagement metrics, and refine content strategies
Competencies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to craft visuals that captivate and communicate effectively
- Understanding of social media trends, engagement tactics, and best practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams
- Proficiency in English; German is an advantage
- Have an experience with SEO and content marketing
- Know how to edit videos and create animations for social media
- Have a knack for writing catchy captions and ad copy
- Have photography and videography skills to enhance social content
