Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Close Out Manager for our office in Sofia to take charge of our clearance sales strategy within the EE Cluster. This pivotal role focuses on optimising inventory management and driving revenue through strategic promotional activities. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of market trends and customer behaviours, using these insights to refine clearance processes and drive business results.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute clearance sales strategies aimed at maximising revenue while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Analyse market dynamics and customer preferences to guide clearance planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to pinpoint clearance items and establish effective pricing strategies.
  • Monitor stock levels and sales outcomes, adjusting approaches to enhance performance.
  • Plan and implement clearance promotions and events designed to increase customer traffic and sales engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing to craft promotional materials and digital campaigns.
  • Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to uphold margin targets while maximising profitability.
  • Analyse sales data and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, ensuring a positive experience during clearance sales.
  • Foster cooperation and alignment across marketing, operations, and retail management teams.


Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably within the sports retail industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, and a fluent level of English (B2) with a valid driving license (Category B).
  • Strong commitment and dedication, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to organise and coordinate tasks and resources efficiently.
  • Adaptability and capability to embrace changes with strong analytical skills.
  • Focus on achieving results and enhancing the overall business operation.
