We’re currently seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance our business intelligence capabilities and drive informed decisions across our marketing and service operations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards tailored specifically for marketing and service center teams.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from CRM and dental practice management systems to generate actionable insights.
- Partner closely with management, marketing, and service center teams to understand business needs and deliver robust BI solutions.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI projects.
- Provide training and continuous support to users, ensuring effective utilization of BI tools and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and enhancement in BI tools and reporting processes.
- Keep detailed records of BI processes, data models, and reporting standards for future reference and compliance.
Essential Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data querying and integration.
