We are looking to appoint a BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST for our Head office in Sofia.
YOUR ROLE: · Extraction and analysis of information from the database; · Building and maintaining reporting processes in the company; · Active use of BI tools; · Participation in projects for the development of smart business solutions; · Preparation of analyses and recommendations according to the needs of the business; · Assists the company in improving processes, products, services, and systems through data analysis; · Participates in the configuration and implementation of new products, processes, and models; · Creates and defines business processes based on management decisions; · Participates in the preparation of reports related to the company's activities, both for operational and management purposes;
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: · Good command of SQL; · Experience with relational databases – MS SQL Server, MySQL; · Skills in working with BI tools – Power BI / Tableau; · High-level Excel skills – knowledge of VBA, Power Query is considered an advantage; · Good command of English; · Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing will be considered an advantage; · Knowledge of a programming language like Python is considered a plus; · Attention to detail and analytical thinking; · Proactivity and ability to work independently; · Ability to work in a dynamic environment and on several projects at the same time; · Teamwork skills; · Education with an economic profile, finance, accounting, planning, statistics, and/or mathematics is considered an advantage. · Previous experience in the financial sector, finance, and economics is considered a significant advantage.
