We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in system administration and a demonstrated passion for leveraging technology to improve organizational performance. This role is responsible for providing technical support to internal teams, optimizing IT processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of our cloud and on-site systems.

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in system administration and a demonstrated passion for leveraging technology to improve organizational performance. This role is responsible for providing technical support to internal teams, optimizing IT processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of our cloud and on-site systems.
Your responsibilities include:
- Computer Management: Monitor and troubleshoot issues in informational systems, installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems for optimal performance.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement backup and recovery strategies to maintain stability.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure system security, manage user access control, and implement policies for security compliance.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Respond to support tickets and diagnose technical problems in the Windows environment.
- Infrastructure Development: Assisting in the implementation of new technological solutions within the company.
- Microsoft Ecosystem Management: Administer the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment, including Azure Active Directory (AD), Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
- Device ownership: Responsibility for the company's IT equipment. Managing the company network and devices, including switches/routers, CCTV systems, etc.
- Scripting and Automation: Use tools like PowerShell to automate tasks.
- Knowledge Sharing: Document solutions in internal knowledge bases and potentially provide advice or training to other administrators.
- Mobile device Management: Management and control of mobile devices and applications (using an MDM).
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the country for business needs.
Required skills:
- Basic knowledge of hardware, including RAID controllers, processors, motherboards, etc.
- Ability to read and analyze system logs, tracking dependencies between systems.
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server - installation and configuration.
- Knowledge of working with MS Office 365 Admin Suite.
