Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Initiatives: Lead innovative sourcing efforts to identify top talent across the industry through direct contact (phone, email and other channels) and develop relationships with both existing and prospective candidates to maintain a steady pipeline of new applications.
- Channel Observation: Apply and upkeep data-driven analysis of existing recruiting channels, and explore new, untapped areas for candidate engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with local recruitment partners to build strategy for current and future demands, as well as with regional stakeholders to streamline and enhance the sourcing process.
- Brand Ambassador: Assist recruiters with social media presence and job advertisement to captivate potential candidates and position Concentrix as employer of choice, using analytics to measure success and optimize reach.
- Creative Strategies: Propose and implement new advertising techniques to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
What you need:
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, with mandatory proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Skilled in leveraging a variety of social media platforms for effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Capable of working independently and adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
