For our team in the IT department we are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior System Administrator to support our factory’s critical IT infrastructure.
In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our network systems, servers, and user support services, playing a key part in minimizing downtime and maintaining business continuity. You will be responsible for managing IT projects, providing hands-on support to users on-site, and helping to maintain the security and performance of our systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional with a strong sense of responsibility and a practical approach to problem-solving.

You will report to: IT Infrastructure Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide on-site support for hardware and software, resolving issues, fulfilling user requests, and delivering technical assistance;
- Monitor system performance and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality;
- Troubleshoot application and system issues;
- Manage and maintain network systems, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and servers;
- Support additional IT-related operations as needed;
- Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals;
- Lead and mentor junior IT staff, fostering skill development and performance improvement.

Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, MS Office 365, Windows Servers, Hyper-V);
- Experience with IT administrative tools and network infrastructure;
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written;
- At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects;
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools (e.g., antivirus, firewalls, malware removal).
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field;
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology.
