For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – HR Specialist – People and Culture.

For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – HR Specialist – People and Culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive smooth and compliant HR operations by managing employee data, contracts,
- Be a trusted partner to managers and employees, offering clear guidance on HR policies,
- Keep our HRIS (e.g., HiBob) up to date, ensuring data integrity and supporting insightful HR
- Create a seamless employee experience by coordinating onboarding, supporting engagement
- Take an active role in HR projects, helping to improve policies, streamline processes, and
- Work closely with HR leadership and business teams to provide strategic input, support
Requirements:
- Background in an HR generalist or HR specialist role within a dynamic, international
- Solid knowledge of Bulgarian labour legislation and hands-on experience managing
- Confidence working with HR systems (such as HiBob) and a strong ability to analyse data
- Excellent communication skills in both Bulgarian and English, with the ability to build trust,
- A detail-oriented, discreet, and well-organised approach, especially when working with
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a collaborative attitude, thriving in cross-functional
