About Us:

What We’re Looking For:
We seek enthusiastic team players who are smart, curious, and self-driven, eager to contribute to a product used by thousands worldwide.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide information about our financial instruments and services.
Respond to customer requests regarding installation, registration, and software operations.
Offer support for technical, trading, and financial issues through email and chat.
Verify request details with customers.
Research and resolve queries to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Follow up to ensure successful resolution of each case.
Requirements
Fluency in English.
Good computer literacy and typing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Willingness to work in shifts
