For our trusted client, leader on the Bulgarian market, we are looking for Digital Marketing Expert to join the team
Your tasks/responsibilities:
- Planning, budgeting, setting goals, reporting and analysing the marketing activities in the company;
- Optimising campaigns and ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet financial objectives;
- Communicating with external agencies on a daily basis, working closely with them to support the process of creating publications, maintaining online profiles, developing product and company websites, developing and executing targeted campaigns;
- Setting, tracking and analysing digital marketing KPIs;
- Managing ads and developing social media content in cooperation with agency partners;
- Managing and developing of SEO optimisation and User experience;
- Tracking SEO metrics to ensure high search visibility and alignment with business goals;
- Generating content through contact points with agency partners;
- Utilising segmentation and consumer behaviour data to personalise communications effectively;
- Overseeing company’s social media platforms by helping create, schedule, and analyse posts;
- Using marketing automation tools to increase campaign effectiveness;
- Using analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance;
- Analysing the performance of marketing campaign across various platforms;
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to help shape marketing strategies;
- Staying up-to-date with latest industry trends and emerging analytics technologies, generating actionable insights to improve effectiveness and optimise future campaigns.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
- Proven experience in digital marketing role;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Skilled in CRM management;
- Good computer literacy and good knowledge of working with Microsoft Office, Google, Meta and other social media;
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing;
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, pragmatic and responsive approach in communication;
- Good team player with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic team;
- Labor contract with variety of benefits;
- Working in a team or professionals with great development possibilities;
- Friendly atmosphere and excellent working conditions.
