For one of our clients, boutique Business Transformation agency, that create tailor-made digital experiences for their clients, we are looking for a experienced person at the position:
Content & Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy &Creation - Plan, write, and edit high-quality content including blog posts, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and social media content. Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to create impactful, relevant content.
Distribution &Promotion - Distribute content across multiple channels including company website,еmail newsletters, social media, and partner platforms. Build and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent publishing and message alignment.
SEO &Website Performance - Optimize content for search engines (on-page SEO, internal linking, Monitor and improve website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others.
Engagement &Social Media - Manage social media channels, create and schedule posts, work with paid media or performance marketing teams to amplify content reach when applicable.
Analytics &Reporting - Track, analyze, and report on content performance, web traffic, and user behavior. Use insights to continuously optimize content strategy and execution.
Your Skills &Experience:
3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
Writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
Understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and content management systems (WordPress).
Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Buffer, or similar.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with an analytical approach to content performance and optimization.
Fluency in English
Advantage will be:
Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Experience in B2B marketing.
