Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage receipt processing, electronic bank statement handling, and cash allocation
- Request and support the maintenance of customer master data
- Assist in processing payments, including dispute management and cash application
- Perform credit control activities, including dunning, adjustments, and write-offs
- Maintain customer accounts and support month-end and periodic closings
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and service standards across the European operation
- Understand and deliver against SLAs and KPIs related to Accounts Receivable processes
- Support initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of AR operations
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to assigned tasks and actively contribute to team collaboration
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Accounting preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to Accounts Receivable processes - must have
- Previous experience in a complex and international business environment
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel (depending on the team)
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language may be required, depending on the team
