For one of our clients - one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies, we are looking for – Accounts Receivable Specialist with German (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments daily;
• Keep collection records and ledgers accurate and updated;
• Review and update process documents regularly;
• Support colleagues with guidance on collections processes;
• Collaborate with other teams to meet business needs;
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a shared services environment or a relevant business/finance background;
• Good understanding of the full Order to Cash process;
• Proficiency German with good English skills;
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
• Good working knowledge of Excel and confidence in handling and analyzing data;
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
