Main Responsibilities:
- Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure high-quality day-to-day general accounting and bookkeeping processes according to Local Statutory Accounting Requirements and IFRS.
- Maintain smooth accounting documentation flow, organization and intercompany procedure.
- Prepare monthly VAT declaration, Intrastat declaration, BNB declaration and Statistics reports
- Follow the guidance of the Financial controller and Group Accounting Policies.
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support management with all accounting and financial questions.
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experience in full-cycle accounting, finance, or auditing, or a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards is preferred.
- Experience with accounting software Business Central/Navision is taken as an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and OneDrive cloud services.
- Good English language skills.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in fulfilling responsibilities.
- Strong drive for process improvement.
- Ability to work independently.
