About the position: The ITAD (IT asset disposition) part of the company provides services to support the life cycle of a product - logistics, control and tracking, refurbishment and repair, data destruction and recycling.

About the position: The ITAD (IT asset disposition) part of the company provides services to support the life cycle of a product - logistics, control and tracking, refurbishment and repair, data destruction and recycling.
What will you do as an Account Manager:
- Work with business customers to identify their needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements
- Maintain the company’s existing relationship with the customers
- Ensure invoice accuracy, and coordinating onsite services within the agreed to service level agreements
- Provide progress reports to clients and upper management as needed
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between customers and the company
- Provide training to customers on the Client Portal
- Look for opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain accurate data regarding the customer
- Support contract renewal
- Work Monday - Friday, 10:00-19:00

- Fluently speak English
- Have previous sales/customer service experience
- Have previous experience in working in a similar role or in a similar field (IT distribution) (considered a strong advantage)
- Possess ability to multitask
