Business Development Manager – Rollglider at Walltopia

As the global leader in adventure attractions, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of Rollglider, our innovative aerial ride that delivers an unforgettable flying sensation.

In this role, you'll work with amusement parks, adventure parks, resorts, and entertainment venues worldwide, helping them elevate their offerings and boost their revenue. If you’re ready to combine your sales expertise with a product that excites and inspires, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the charge in expanding Rollglider’s presence worldwide with a strategic sales approach
  • Engage and connect with potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking events
  • Showcase Walltopia’s vision by presenting our solutions to key decision-makers in the attractions industry
  • Own the sales cycle—from lead generation to deal negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Represent Rollglider on a global stage by attending trade shows and industry events
  • Gather market insights to drive innovation and continuously enhance our products
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • A strong business development mindset with outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit—you thrive on challenges and take initiative to drive success
  • A natural curiosity and ability to understand company processes and product features in depth
  • A competitive drive and a hunger to win
  • A high level of ownership and accountability—you take charge of your success
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM software and SAP to manage sales pipelines
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!)
