As an Executive Assistant you’ll be supporting the CEO and the COO with organization, communication, and day to day responsibilities to keep operations flowing.

As an Executive Assistant you’ll be supporting the CEO and the COO with organization, communication, and day to day responsibilities to keep operations flowing.
What you will do on this role:
- Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling email communication.
- Preparing business presentations, reports, documentation, and organizing information clearly and professionally.
- Performing data entry, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day to day operational and administrative tasks.
- Conducting online research and providing structured summaries for decision making.
- Assisting with business oriented social media tasks (LinkedIn, company updates) and creating business content.
- Excellent English (written and spoken) with strong professional communication skills.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong technical skills: Excel (formulas, data handling), PowerPoint (presentations), document creation, and business content writing.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, logistics/transportation background, or familiarity with CRM/workflow tools would be considered as an advantage.
