About the position:

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as the Quality Control & Procurement Manager. This role entails overseeing Franchise partner performance, ensuring successful onboarding, and rigorously monitoring adherence to quality standards. Regular travel to the UK is required for this position. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.

What you can expect in terms of main responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enhance quality control procedures to maintain organizational standards;
• Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and standards within our UK teams;
• Work closely with teams to promptly address quality concerns and enact corrective actions;
• Maintain detailed quality records and provide tailored training as needed;
• Cultivate collaboration across departments to tackle obstacles and foster continuous improvement;
• Provide mentorship to a proficient team of quality control professionals;
• Formulate procurement strategies aimed at optimizing cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier performance;
• Assess suppliers/vendors and negotiate advantageous agreements;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp procurement requirements effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality control management, procurement, or a related field, preferably within a similar industry;
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, procurement strategies, and industry regulations;
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with suppliers/vendors and optimize cost savings;
• Flexibility to travel regularly to the UK for on-site inspections and meetings.
