For one of our clients, international company, trader of construction materials, we are looking for a experienced person at the position:
ERP Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and support the company’s ERP system, including user access, configurations, and upgrades.
- Serve as the first line of support for ERP-related issues and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand process needs and enhance ERP functionalities.
- Ensure data integrity and system security, and perform regular backups.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed. Provide training and documentation for end users.
- Assist with the rollout of system updates and new modules.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an ERP Administrator or similar system support role
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central или Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills to support both technical and non-technical users
- English proficiency
