As the People Operations Manager, you will drive strategic HR initiatives, optimize internal processes, and ensure our company remains a top-tier workplace.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness and scalability.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring seamless execution and a positive employee experience.
• Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and well-being while promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
• Partner with leadership to identify talent gaps and implement workforce planning solutions to support business goals.
• Monitor and analyze HR data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve HR performance and support decision-making.
• Manage compliance with employment laws and regulations while ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee learning and development programs, including identifying training needs and creating succession plans.
• Act as a culture ambassador by organizing and leading team-building activities, feedback loops, and other initiatives that build trust and alignment.

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee engagement, operational excellence, and culture development.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing people-centric strategies that align with business objectives.
• Experience with specialized payroll and human resource management software.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR analytics and tools to assess trends and measure success.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, combined with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving impact.
• Valid driver’s license.
