We are currently looking for COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs the function of main contact with suppliers and participates in annual negotiations with them;
- Analyzes the market, assesses the situation and takes actions in order to ensure a competitive advantage for Phoenix Pharma;
- Holds meetings with partners and selects new suppliers;
- Prepares and services contracts;
- Coordinates the implementation of commitments for purchases, sales, turnover, growth, etc.;
- Forecasts purchases/sales in connection with targeted discounts and commercial terms;
- Negotiates commercial and marketing activities with suppliers;
- Analyzes and makes proposals for optimization of the nomenclature - adding new products, removing these with low rotation;

Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably with an economic profile;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial activities, highly recommended in the pharmaceutical industry or FMCG. Successful experience in managing relationships with partners and negotiations;
- Excellent command of English;
- Excellent computer literacy - MS Office /Word, Excel, Power point/;
- Experience in working with business management software;
- Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking;
- Precision, organization, reliability;
- Loyalty, adaptability and openness to change;
- Driver's license - category B.
