The Southeast Europe (SEE) branch employs 250+ professionals, operates in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, and has provided services in various sectors (Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, E-commerce and Retail, Procurement, etc.) for over 20 years.
In 2022, we stepped above and introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy and GROW.

About the project:
Finish food delivery company founded in 2014 develops a local commerce platform that connects people looking to order food, groceries, and other goods with people interested in selling and delivering them.
You'll partner closely with:
Backend engineers building microservices across the productSREs and QA engineers ensure system reliability and test coverageTeam leads and platform teams driving architecture and tooling directionWhat you'll do:
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and developer tools that empower our engineers to easily run functional and performance tests - with smooth access to reports, logs, and traces for rapid debugging.Take full ownership of key initiatives that improve the quality, efficiency, and reliability of our internal testing platforms.Are motivated by solving complex, cross-cutting technical problems that impact hundreds of engineers.Care deeply about developer experience, and consistently seek to improve it with automation, clean APIs, great documentation, and smart defaults.Love working in an environment where collaboration, impact, and growth go hand in hand.Our expectations:
A senior software engineer with at least 5-8+ years of professional software development experience.Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience with distributed systems at scale, including reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance.Experience working in Kubernetes-based, cloud-native environments, including deploying and scaling containerized services.A product mindset - you think of the internal engineers as your customers, and aim to build tools theyll love.Great communication skills - you write, document, and explain things well.Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
Hands-on work with performance and load testing, including traffic simulation and system profilingFamiliarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra, especially around performance and testing considerationsBenefits:
