Position Overview The Master Data Senior Expert will drive operational and project activities across Business Partner, Material, Business Support, and Data Quality domains, working closely with the Master Data Manager. This role will coordinate and execute key master data processes while collaborating with stakeholders across the global dormakaba network.

What you will do

• Ensures process documentation is prepared and updated regularly for all activities performed by the team
• Continually reviews, challenges and updates process and practices to provide the most efficient and cost-effective best practice
• Ensures service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs Ensures successful activity transition and new project execution throughout the Knowledge Transfer, stabilization periods and beyond
• Oversees and executes daily activities, organizes work with the rest of the team, set quality standards for the operational execution Drives the team’s delivery ensuring efficiency timeliness and accuracy data and business information
• Performs complex activities within the Master Data tower in the dormakaba business services
• Acts as a point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders
• Closely collaborates with the Master Data Manager Head in driving harmonization and automation of data flows

What we require

• Minimum BA, preferably in Accounting / Finance / Economy
• 3+ Master Data Experience, in an international GBS environment.
• E2E master data process knowledge for at least one data object.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, perform data profiling and follow up on cleansing
• Experienced in prioritizing tasks within a GBS organization.
• SAP ERP experience with core data display, query builder and core business transactions related to FI/CO/SD modules
• Advanced practical knowledge of ERP systems (Navision, SAP); MS Office (Excel) and Hyperion as a strong plus
• English language skills sufficient for verbal and written business communication (intermediate at least)
• German language skills at intermediate (B2) is an advantage
