Your role will be:
- Take ownership in implementing the Group Data Governance Framework locally — not just following it, but shaping how it works in practice
- Work hands-on with Collibra tool to design and develop Data Quality rules and checks that ensure data is accurate, reliable, and business-ready
- Act as a data detective — identify inconsistencies, uncover root causes, and prevent data issues before they impact reporting
- Document and maintain data lineage to ensure transparency on how data is sourced, transformed, and used across reports and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and become a trusted advisor on data governance and data quality topics
- Contribute to a culture where data is not just available — but trusted and fit for purpose
You are the right candidate if:
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Previous experience in banking or auditing will be considered a strong advantage
- Knowledge in Credit Risk, Finance, or Risk management (considered an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
