German Speaking Customer & Sales Support Specialist

In this position, you will collaborate and communicate with clients after their website registration, provide consultations, and maintain follow‑up communication. In addition, you will work closely with the back‑office team, handle inquiries via email and chat, and accurately record all activities in the company's CRM system.

Expected knowledge, skills, and experience:

• One year of commercial experience in roles involving direct customer interaction
• Fluent in the German language (B2+/C1 level)
• Previous experience in sales would be a strong advantage
