- Preparing the relevant documents for clients on their demand;
- Processing objections of clients, reviews and propositions;
- Taking care of the public rating of the company;
- Composition of reports and schedule;
- Informing the Quality and Control department for the work process;
- Developing and applying projects for implement of the client’s satisfaction;
- Work with a specialized software;
- Strictly following the company’s policy;
- Following the rules for providing the highest professional level of service.
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of MS office — Word, Excel, Internet;
- Great level of English language — written and spoken;
- Russian language will be considered as an advantage;
- The ability to listen and negotiate with clients;
- The ability to cope with conflict situations;
- Empathy, ability to show understanding and desire to help clients;
- Assertiveness, the ability to provide reasoned our company’s stand;
- Previous work with foreign clients, experience in Contact Center will be considered as an advantage;
- Previous experience of working in the insurance business and law enforcement agencies is an advantage;
