We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead high-impact digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a passion for optimizing performance, maximizing ROI, and driving business growth.

Main responsibilities:

✦Design, implement, and manage multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience targeting strategies; ✦Continuously refine ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven decision-making; ✦Manage ad spend efficiently across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms to maximize conversions and lower acquisition costs; ✦Set up and optimize conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and other analytics tools, ensuring accurate revenue attribution and performance insights; ✦Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for scaling campaigns; ✦Work closely with designers and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions; ✦Keep up with the latest performance marketing trends, AI-driven advertising innovations, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements:

✦Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar performance marketing, PPC, or paid media role; ✦Proven experience in performance marketing, PPC, and paid social advertising across multiple platforms, with a track record of driving measurable results; ✦Expertise in keyword research, campaign setup, and performance analysis, ensuring continuous optimization and efficiency; ✦Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools to monitor performance and attribution; ✦Ability to manage and optimize campaigns with substantial budgets, maximizing ROI through data-driven decision-making; ✦Creative mindset to develop compelling ad creatives and campaign strategies, balancing innovation with performance goals; ✦Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner; ✦Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
