Key Responsibilities:
Doing the right thing for our customers; Using and developing your hard and soft skills; Control of the conversation until the successful completion of each case and deal; Customer support and assistance in any queries.
Our expectations:
The ability to listen and negotiate with clients; The ability to cope with conflict situations; Empathy, ability to show understanding and desire to help clients; Assertiveness, the ability to provide reasoned our company’s stand; Great language culture.
Requirements to the applicants:
Holding a great level of English - written and spoken; Excellent computer knowledge and skills, work with MS office - Word, Excel, Internet; The ability to work separately and in a team; Implementation of the tasks in the set deadlines; Basic technical knowledge of automobiles; Previous work with foreign clients, experience in Call Center sphere is an advantage.
