HalfPrice is a modern store concept in the off-price segment (owned by the CCC GROUP). With a wide range of popular, global brands across numerous product categories including clothing, footwear, accessories, sport equipment, toys and home furnishing. In last three years we opened more than 150 stores, we hire 4000 #GreatPeople.
We have stores in more than 10 European countries for example: Czech, Romania, Austria, Bulgaria etc...
That is not our last word!
We are still growing and expanding our assortment, and we are searching for new talents!

Due to the dynamic development , we are looking for
DISTRICT MANAGER
Your scope of work:
- Driving profitable sales and business performance by meeting or exceeding established objectives in sales, KPI’s, expenses and general profit.
- Delivering and executing plans that enable store teams to be focused on creating engagement, empowering Store Managers to recognize and align on a selling strategy supportive of the individual store and market needs.
- Building a strong, high-performing team by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, providing appropriate feedback, recognition, coaching and development of teammates.
- Monitoring each store's P&L reports, recommending and implementing action plans.
- Providing for the highest level of customer service combined with extensive knowledge based on the off-price model, ensuring that customer service levels are consistent across a given region.
- Developing strong relationships with business partners.
- Building an organizational culture based on the company's values, creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Ensuring that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to standardized business practices.
- Establishing our brand and developing customer awareness in a given region.
- Proven senior level of experience in retail management
- Supervisory & leadership abilities
- Adept at planning and setting priorities
- Results-oriented
- Determination in achieving your goals
- Positive attitude towards change and ability of adaptive thinking
- You actively strive for your own development and you inspire others to do so as well
- You are proficient in both spoken and written English (B2/C1 level)
- You have a valid driver license
- Maining unique experience in off-price segment
- Onboarding training (possible training outside the place of residence)
- Possibility of development and promotion along with the dynamic development of the company
- Discounts to chain stores in the CCC Group (HalfPrice, CCC)
