Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a DM and Marketing Specialist, based in Haskovo, Bulgaria, with flexibility for some remote work. The DM and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, executing direct marketing campaigns, and providing actionable insights for marketing initiatives. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with sales and customer service teams to support marketing objectives and enhance client engagement.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction;
- Experience in market research and the ability to analyze market trends and data effectively;
- Knowledge of sales processes and expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies;
- Proficiency in direct marketing techniques and campaign management will be an advantage;
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to both in-office and remote tasks;
- Basic knowledge of Google and Meta platforms and marketing tools;
- Ability to work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design software;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Previous experience in the financial services sector will be an advantage.
