We are hiring a Content Manager to own a Luxury Footwear & Bags company’s content engine end-to-end, from planning and creation through distribution and performance tracking. This role sits at the intersection of brand, creative, CRM, social, paid, and influencer marketing, ensuring content is intentional, on-brand, and deployed with clarity across all channels.
You will be responsible for content systems, workflows, and output quality, making sure every piece of content serves a clear purpose and supports business priorities.

You will be responsible for content systems, workflows, and output quality, making sure every piece of content serves a clear purpose and supports business priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Own the content calendar across all brand channels (CRM, social, paid, website, influencer, PR).
- Translate brand, product, and campaign priorities into clear content plans and deliverables.
- Define content pillars, formats, and usage guidelines across lifecycle moments (launches, evergreen, drops, promotions).
- Ensure content is planned with reuse and scalability in mind across channels.
- Manage the end-to-end content workflow: briefing, production, approvals, delivery, and archiving.
- Partner with internal creatives, external vendors, and freelancers to deliver high-quality assets.
- Own the content library / DAM, ensuring assets are organized, versioned, and easily accessible.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling, tone, and visual standards across all content.
- Enable Social, CRM, Paid, and Influencer teams with the right assets, formats, and timelines.
- Ensure content is adapted and optimized for each channel while remaining brand-consistent.
- Oversee publishing coordination with Social Media (but not day-to-day community management).
- Work closely with CRM to support email, SMS, and lifecycle storytelling.
- Build and maintain scalable content processes, tools, and workflows.
- Introduce structure around briefs, approvals, naming conventions, and delivery timelines.
- Act as the central point of contact between creative, marketing, and leadership.
- Continuously improve efficiency, output quality, and clarity across the content pipeline.
- Track content usage and performance across channels in partnership with CRM, Growth, and Social teams.
- Identify what content formats, narratives, and assets drive engagement and conversion.
- Share insights to inform future content planning and investment.
- Balance brand storytelling with performance-oriented content needs.
- Own the master content calendar and weekly prioritization

- Enable marketing teams with content that performs
- Maintain clarity, structure, and momentum across all content initiatives
- 4-6+ years of experience in content management, brand content, or creative operations (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong understanding of how content supports eCommerce growth across CRM, paid, and social.
- Highly organized with a systems-oriented mindset.
- Strong editorial and visual judgment for premium brands.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Able to balance long-term brand storytelling with fast-moving commercial needs.
- Clear communicator who can translate strategy into execution.
