Your role:

· Take part in designing, scoping, developing, and maintaining features and components. · Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team. · Delegate tasks and achieving daily, weekly, quarterly goals. · Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to deliver quality timely outcomes. · Assist in management, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and keeping management updated on team performance. · Perform code-reviews to identify potential issues or alternative solutions. · Manage the product backlog with the help of the Product Owners. · Proactively propose improvement plans and best practices. · Focus on enabling developer productivity and improving operational efficiency. · Monitor specific KPIs to ensure the proper delivery of the business.

What Makes You Stand Out:

· 2+ years of experience leading a team of 5-10 people. · 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role. · Strong understanding of DevOps practices and Platform Engineering principles. · Experience with AWS, Containers/Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD and GitOps principles. · Extensive understanding of architectural styles and design patterns. · Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). · Familiarity with SRE and DORA metrics. · Superior interpersonal communication skills. · Passionate engineering manager seeking for hands-on role

Desired (but not essential):

· Previous experience with building Internal Developer Platforms/Portals (IDPs). · Experience in FinTech. · Experience with decentralized IT and distributed systems. · A good understanding of the blockchain technology and the digital assets space. · Passion for innovation and disruption in the blockchain ecosystem. · Certification in AWS, Kubernetes
