We are currently looking for a Data Scientist.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze customer interaction data across channels to map and evaluate the customer journey;
- Develop and refine customer segmentation models using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data;
- Apply graph-based machine learning techniques to model relationships and detect patterns in customer networks;
- Build and validate predictive models to support personalization, targeting, and retention strategies;
- Collaborate with data engineers, AI engineers, and business teams to translate insights into actionable solutions;
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows;
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field;
- Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries;
- Experience with graph machine learning and graph databases;
- Solid understanding of machine learning, clustering, and classification techniques;
- Experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping, or behavioral analytics;
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);
- Exposure to cloud platforms and MLOps practices;
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and effectively.
