We are expanding our business services team and are looking for a Data Analyst Process Mining & AI

As a Data Analyst in Process Mining & AI, you will play a key role in driving process improvement initiatives and leveraging technology to deliver measurable results. The position requires a strong background in Process Mining, data science/engineering, and cross-functional collaboration, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and execution of Process Mining technology and AI across our end-to-end finance processes (Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report);
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze process inefficiencies, derive data-driven, actionable insights, and implement improvement measures based on process mining insights (exploratory as well as hypothesis-driven);
• Act as the technical expert for Process Mining in a team of process and industry experts advising Shared Service Center clients in end-to-end process improvement;
• Implement the technical setup for Process Mining solutions, including data integration, transformation, and modeling of organizational data;
• Create customized, state-of-the-art Process Mining dashboards with defined Key Performance Indicators based on business requirements;
• Build solutions for process improvement using Artificial Intelligence, including GenAI or Agentic AI.

Key Requirements:

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in data science, information technology, business administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on data analytics;
• 5+ years of professional experience in business process analysis or data science/data engineering and preferably 3+ years in process mining & AI;
• Proven track record in implementing data or Process Mining tools (e.g., SAP Signavio, Celonis, Aris, Mehrwerk).

• Know-how in applying and integrating automation workflows (e.g., UiPath) as well as Artificial Intelligence (Large Language Models, Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio, etc.) is beneficial;
• Experience working in shared services or finance operations is beneficial;
• Self-starter who works autonomously;
• Solution-oriented thinking and data-driven mindset, i.e., focus on practical resolutions to problems;
• Fluent English (written and verbal). An additional language (e.g., German) is an advantage to support group collaboration.

Certifications:

• Certification as a technical expert in one of the leading Process Mining tools (e.g., SAP Signavio, Celonis, Aris, Mehrwerk), machine learning/artificial intelligence (e.g., Python, Microsoft Copilot Studio) or automation tools (e.g., UiPath) will be considered a strong advantage;
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or other recognized software development and project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) will be considered a strong advantage;
