Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire Excellence: Lead and inspire a diverse team of SEO, content, and digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation;
- Craft Strategic Brilliance: Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page optimization strategies tailored to our unique business needs;
- Champion Best Practices: Ensure SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated into all web development projects, aligning them with our overarching goals;
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and drive continuous improvement across all SEO initiatives;
- Maximize ROI: Skillfully manage Search Engine Marketing initiatives, optimizing budgets to maximize ROI while achieving our growth targets;
- Facilitate Alignment: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align SEO strategies with our business objectives, effectively communicating the value proposition across teams;
- Nurture Talent: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to all team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience in SEO management or a similar leadership role, with a track record of driving tangible results;
- Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in a wide range of SEO tools and analytics platforms, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making;
- Holistic Expertise: Expertise in both on-site and off-site SEO techniques, with a keen understanding of industry best practices;
