- Proactive offering of the company’s logistics and transportation services;
- Attracting new B2B clients;
- Negotiating prices and conditions, looking for the best result;
- Communicating with various European companies;
- Account management and building long-term business relationships with existing clients;
- Commercially oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Any B2B sales or freight forwarding experience will be a strong advantage;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Previous experience in telephone sales and/or in a similar position is considered a strong advantage;
- Good command of German, French, or Turkish will be a strong advantage;
- Excellent basic remuneration and bonuses based on achieved results;
