For one of our clients – A well-established company providing innovative services and solutions in the BPO field. We are on a lookout for detail-oriented, analytical and proactive sales-enthusiasts for the role of Online Marketing Consultant with Arabic, Dutch or French and English - Hybrid option.

For one of our clients – A well-established company providing innovative services and solutions in the BPO field. We are on a lookout for detail-oriented, analytical and proactive sales-enthusiasts for the role of Online Marketing Consultant with Arabic, Dutch or French and English - Hybrid option.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Introducing yourself as the marketing consultant for client ad accounts and building and
- Holding Zoom/Teams meetings to understand client goals, analyzing ad accounts, and
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly;
- Providing daily campaign optimization tips and strategic advice;
- Making outbound calls to update clients, gather feedback, and address concerns;
- Maintaining sales pipeline accuracy and track campaign ROI using CRM;
- Delivering regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and progress;
- Achieving targets, maximizing sales opportunities on each.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic, Dutch or French and English, both written and spoken;
- Preferred experience in customer service, sales, or outsourcing;
- Excellent communication skills and skills value-based selling;
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships;
- Motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to work;
- Analytical, detail-oriented and organized, able to multitask and prioritize with ease;
- Proficient in MS Office programs, experience with CRM is advantageous.
