Location: HQ Varna

Monitoring Development Specialist
Location: HQ Varna
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring development of real-time alerts for availability, performance and capacity of the Bank service`s.
- Proactive monitoring to prevent problems before clients see them.
- Prepare analysis of systems and actively communicate with 2, 3rd level support / vendors for monitoring improvement.
- Work in close collaboration with Technical Platform teams and Business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant
- 1+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Application support, Dev Ops engineer or similar role
- Good knowledge of Windows or Unix/Linux servers/environments
- Experience with Windows or Unix/Linux applications
- Good understanding of hardware and software
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- "Can do" - service-oriented attitude
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Good level of English
- Experience with Python
- Oracle and MS SQL Databases queries knowledge
- Knowledge on ITIL processes
- Experience with monitoring systems like Zabbix, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.
