The role :

The Network Engineer's role is to support and secure infrastructure throughout the Concentrix EMEA enterprise. This includes developing, installing, and configuring all network and security hardware software and communication links and being involved in the next wave. You will report to our regional Lead.

What you need to have is

3+ years of experience with Cisco CCNA or CCNP or Security qualification or above Considerable current or previous experience using Cisco IOS to troubleshoot and configure LAN and WAN technologies Experience with Cisco and Fortinet security devices, and IPSec VPN configuration Experience in Firewall management and configuration in Palo Alto / Cisco ASA / Fortinet Experience in implementing and configuring network security policies at access, core, and edge layers Understanding of SD-WAN technologies Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Firewall products Experience in Firewall management and configuration in Palo Alto / Cisco ASA / Fortinet Nice to have?

Networking - CCNA Knowledge/Experience on Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls. 1-2+ minimum years of experience with Firewalling perimeters. You will?

Maintaining Concentrix EMEA Network Infrastructure Design and development of new network and security-related products and work closely with the Core Network team to understand the existing core network, and to ensure new services are integrated correctly. Configuring and troubleshooting Routers and switches Documenting completed services and performing a handover to other departments for in-service delivery and support Follow Service Transition and Change Control procedures for production platforms and services Optimization of network-related processes Provide support framework for internal teams and provide in-depth technical support on a wide range of Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortigate hardware implementation within Concentrix. Configuring Firewall UTM services Adherence to all internal policies associated with PCI and ISO27001 certification standards Liaison with Concentrix staff, customers, and 3rd party suppliers on all aspects of the Concentrix network & security environment Organisation of workload & priorities Manage and Support Cisco routers & switches, Fortinet, Cisco, PA UTM firewalls. There is 1 week per month on-call duty to support in case of any P1 outages. Relevant job-specific training will be provided to the successful candidate. What do you get from us?
