At Kostal Bulgaria Automotive, we develop and produce technologically advanced electronic, electromechanical and mechatronic products for the automotive industry. For our production plant in Bulgaria city Pazardzhik we are looking to hire:
CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER/ASSURANCE
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The AQC engineer is main interface with customer, for the projects is responsible for. Responsible for the communication with customer regarding customer complaints - 0Km , field complaints and tracking the costs related. Responsible for correct and timely fulfillment of 8D reports and sharing them with the customer. Interface with customer as needed for portal, 8D, PPAP, APQP information customer-driven model. Involved in the training process of operators with regards to defining and clarifying quality criteria. Customer claims handling, root cause analysis, suggesting and implementing corrective actions by defining and coordinating a team with participants from production, analysis, process engineering, and maintenance and development departments. Coordinating 8D reports and Tracking action items for 8D's using internal IQUIDOSS software. Involved in the preparation and compiling of all necessary documentation that has to be submitted to the customer(s) for the projects after serial production - PPAP, APQP, 8D Reports. Manage Customer Specific Requirements and annual requirements. Check regularly the customer satisfaction and targets fulfillment in terms of quality. Preparation of regular reports/analysis on customer claims and customer satisfaction. Tracking and coordinating the actions after external customer audits. Take part in PFMEA, SPC and QRQC activities for serial and new products and spare parts production.
REQUIREMENTS: Good English language – written and spoken; B2 for quality assurance specialist; B1 is for trainee position Soft skills: Proactive person with good communications skills. To be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines; Motivated and self-confident; Good presentational skills. MC office package
Technical education - preferable; Experience in automotive industry and in quality management or to have previous experience in similar position in different industry will be considered a strong advantage. Also trainee positon is available where the following topics will be accumulated:

- Knowledge in quality tools – 5why, Ishikawa, Pareto analysis, SPC etc;
- Knowledge in PFEMA, Control plan, PPAP tools and methodologies;
- Knowledge in ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 140001 and VDA standards Knowledge in MS word
